Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 days of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If no deposit was made, a fee based on the scheduled appointment time will apply: • Cancellations/rescheduling within 3 days: 50% of the scheduled service cost. • Within 2 days: 75% of the scheduled service cost. • Within 1 day or less: 95% of the scheduled service cost. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the same day as the appointment, a charge equal to 95% of the scheduled service total will apply. This fee is not a deposit and does not apply to future appointments. If a charge dispute is initiated, Tessa Scissorhands LLC reserves the right to provide evidence of service, including payment records, policy copies, communications, and salon footage, to support the validity of the charge.
